•  Present & Record a state of the parish/financial update to be rolled out 1-2 weeks prior to Announcement Weekend

LEADERSHIP PHASE

• Begin a quiet Leadership Phase encouraging your top 50 offertory contributors, parish staff, ministry heads, parish council, finance council, etc…to increases their offertory contributions as well as to sign up for online giving

• Begin with parish Leadership (councils and ministry heads), secure their commitments

​

• Ask your parish Leadership to in turn reach out to the top 50 offertory contributors

​

• Explain the convenience and importance of online giving

​

• Be very specific about what you are asking for
